The cleanliness of the entire hotel was quite

impressive, especially considering it was undergoing renovations. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making my one-night stay pleasant. However, I did experience some noise from adjoining rooms, which detracted a bit from my overall comfort.

This hotel thought they could just offer a low-grade experience. With children jumping above like they were training for the Olympics, my stay was ruined. I even called ahead for an upgrade, but apparently, I’m just another nobody here. Who needs a decent night's sleep anyway? Almost left a good review, but just couldn’t, you know?

There were people stomping around in the room above me until late at night and again early the next morning, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. It felt like the management was completely oblivious to the chaos above, and I didn't want to bother staff, who were already working hard just to ensure the rest of us had a decent stay.
